Collection at Manchester Piccadilly Station

THANK-YOU Manchester – travellers at Manchester Piccadilly Station gave over £1000 and lots of encouragement  to Tameside South and Longdendale Foodbank. One lady said the foodbank had helped her when she was low  – she’s now back on her feet and pleased have the chance to give back to others.

THANK-YOU volunteers who turned out from 7am to 7pm to collect on the station concourse. Thanks also to those who tried to get there but could not make it because many trains were cancelled because of a signalling problem.
