Filling up the gaps

Thank-you to shoppers at Tesco Extra Hattersley who gave an extra can to the foodbank.

They gave us 850kg of food which is over 1,800 meals.

Our shelves were looking a bit thin after the summer holidays. Many families struggle when the kids do not get a school lunch. We provided 64 parcels to local families – but it left us a short of some items. This collection filled in lots of gaps on our shelves so we can provide a balanced package to our clients.

Tesco Hattersley were really helpful – as always. Not only do they facilitate the collection they give us cash back on the collection. BIG THANKS to them
